After having one company come out to fix our issue (they didn’t) and being told by them that “this time is on the house as long as you let us fix x, y, and z.” Only for the same power issue to occur a couple of weeks later and being told it would be 450.00 no matter what they did or didn’t do, I was done. I called Tri-Cities Electric and I was so happy with how helpful and kind they were just with the initial phone call. They came out, actually identified the real issue, and helped us with a plan to fix it. You can tell that they are a company that genuinely cares about what they do and the people they are helping.
